Supply & installation within 30km from our office.  Travel expenses apply thereafter.

Call outs free within 30 days from date of installation, subject to call out being directly related to installation.

75% deposit, balance payable upon completion.

All components remain the property of Solar Craft (Pty) Ltd until paid for in full.

Standard Manufacturer/Supplier Warranties.

Solar Water Heating Systems

Thermo Siphon Systems - Water & electricity must be provided at point of installation.  Water pressure must be balanced at 400kPA/600kPA. If not, Pressure Control Valve will be installed @ R1,155.  In case of flat roof, flat roof geyser stand will be installed @ R950.

Split Pumped Systems - Water & electricity must be provided at point of installation.  Water pressure must be balanced at 400kPA/600kPA. If not, Pressure Control Valve will be installed @ R1,155.

Solar Power Systems

Standard electrical connection to existing Distribution Board (DB) included. No repairs in respect of existing DB included.

We assist with the warranty claim process in respect of systems supplied and installed by us.

We do not repair existing solar power systems not installed by us but can assist with upgrade subject to pre-installation inspection to determine if existing system complies with current SANS.
